The Job Placement continuously scouts companies for employment possibilities.  BP has developed a good working relationship with some of these companies and engaged their workers from the BP community because of they are reliable and trustworthy.

To empower some members of the community of BP, in partnership with the Technological University of the Philippines’ College of Industrial Education, it provides free skills and livelihood trainings that will provide them with additional and necessary skills to help augment their income or start a small business to sustain their families.

Recent offerings include welding classes as well as Cookery where the attendees learn to make saleable food items such as processed meat products and bottled gourmet delicacies.

BP also partners with Sanctuario de San Antonio and Toyota Philippines, Inc., among others, to provide scholarship and free technological-vocational training with TESDA NC-II certification for youth and young parents.

These opportunities open the doors for employment and livelihood prospects to the marginalized members of the community who have no access to such training and education.
